George has worked as a freelance Cinematographer on feature films, music videos, commercials & documentaries. Roots in narrative film making have given him a knack for visual storytelling. He thrives on bringing a unique and engaging style to every project he works on and uses his experience in narrative based work to help approach every brief.

Elisa Matvejeva, a highly creative writer, excels in crafting engaging pitch decks and generating innovative ideas. She’s renowned for her 2018 poetry anthology “Flowers I Should Have Thrown Away Yesterday.” Collaborating with FLUX (Conor Gorman), she contributes to various projects and events, notably FLUX Film Nights x Provodniks in Riga, Latvia.
Anna has always been attuned to the impact of colour as an important element of visual language, be it photography or moving image. Through colour she strives to enhance the audiences experience and add another dimension to the fabric of the story. She believes that her strongest work has always come off the back of close collaborations with other passionate creatives, so she takes great care in building trust and understanding clients needs.
Producer Ghandi El-Chamaa has been working with some of the most exciting talents in the industry for 15 years. Working in High commercial medium, Music Video and Short film nurturing new and collaborating with established talent. In 2022, Gucci x The North Face campaign received multiple awards with D&AD, Berlin’s Fashion Film and Commercial Festivals, the Creative Circle, and Kinsale Sharks.
George Burt is a commercial and feature film DOP who partners with KEPLR. His portfolio of work covers the spectrum. From shooting documentaries to high end beauty and fashion commercials, he also shot over thirty feature length and short films. He is based in London and has worked worldwide.
Alicja, (originally from Poland, is a London-based) Editor and Director with 6 years of experience working both in-house and freelance. Her main areas of expertise are documentary and fiction films but she also has a passion for working on fashion campaigns, music videos and art films which allow her to explore the more abstract, non-linear aspects of filmmaking. Alicja always looks to achieve the perfect flow in her editing.
